Common pricing questions
- Can I switch tiers?
- Yes, any time, prorated. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Do you charge per page or per document?
- No. We hate that pricing model. Flat rate per room, all included.
- What counts as an "active" room?
- A room with at least one document or one external invitee. Empty rooms don't count. You can have unlimited archived rooms on all paid tiers.
- What if I exceed my storage limit?
- We notify you at 80% and 95%. If you exceed, we'll work with you to either upgrade or archive — no hard cut-off mid-deal.
- Cancellation and refunds?
- Cancel any time — no retention call, no "are you sure" emails. Every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of any charge and we refund it in full. We email you a clean data export within 48 hours of cancellation. See our Refund Policy.
