1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
If TrustDeck is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any charge, and we will refund that charge in full. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal.
There are no conditions to meet and nothing to qualify for: if you ask within 30 days of the charge, you get your money back.
2. How to request a refund
Request a refund through the contact form or directly from the receipt you receive for each payment. Every request is answered by a person on the team.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Because TrustDeck sells through Paddle — our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record — Paddle processes the refund on our behalf and issues it within 14 days of approval, usually sooner.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge and want that charge refunded, request a refund as described above. We email you a clean export of your data — every document, the Q&A history, and the full audit log — within 48 hours of cancellation.
4. Who you are buying from
TrustDeck is operated by GRIDOS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/269762/07. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every TrustDeck transaction. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
